Peter
will discuss how to grow these wonderful plants. The journey
will begin with
a review of the miniature species, early hybrids, and then
some of the relevant
hybrids of today.
Peter
started growing orchids over 25 years ago, but became heavily
involved about
6 years ago. He is currently a probationary judge with the AOS
and a hybridizer of mini-catts.
Due to limited growing space, Peter specializes in miniature
orchids, both species and hybrids.
He
maintains a collection of a thousand of
orchids at his home greenhouses in Southern California. |
